2020 Fall Mini Sessions

"I'm so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.'

We will be using an Octagon Arch/Prop for all mini sessions. Colors will be rustic oranges, creams, browns, tans, mustard and rust. More details will come soon so you can coordinate with the greenery and floral that will be hanging from arch.

Dates: Thursday, October 15th PM
Sunday, October 18th AM & Friday, October 23rd PM

Location: Gainesville, Haymarket or Warrenton area (I am looking for somewhere close to me because this prop is 7.5 feet tall. It's going to be hard to move)

The cost of the session is $350 for 5 people, immediate family only. We will photograph up to 6 people in immediate family. $25 extra per person after 5 people. This listing includes at least 20 digital files. Booking deposit of $100 will secure your spot and the remaining balance is due on the day of the session, before the session starts.

Terms and Conditions:
Retainer is nonrefundable in the event that the client cancels and cannot be transferred
In the event that weather affects the session, fee remains nonrefundable but transferrable to a back up date. Your time may need to be adjusted due to weather. Please keep that in mind.
Please arrive on time. If late, your session will be shorter. We will not be accommodating anyone that arrives later than 5 minutes. Arriving late means you forfeit your session and your deposit is non-transferable.

This listing is for the DEPOSIT ONLY. The remaining balance of $250 is due on the day of the session.
